About the Practice

If you've been labeled a "difficult case" or bounced between PT clinics without answers, Reform Physical Therapy & Wellness might be exactly what you need. Dr. Carrie Webb brings 15 years of physical therapy experience to her cash-based Carmel practice, specializing in patients other clinics struggle to help. As a former collegiate ballet dancer with over 20 years teaching Pilates, she has particular expertise with dancers and performers—though her whole-body approach benefits anyone ready to take an active role in recovery.

Carrie's treatment philosophy adapts to the person in front of her. She typically blends manual therapy with exercise, but tailors everything individually. Don't tolerate hands-on work? She'll teach self-treatment techniques. Need stabilization? Her Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher credentials and access to full Pilates equipment make that possible. She also offers dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, and traditional strength training. If something isn't working, she always has another approach ready.

Her background includes covering USA Gymnastics events and treating elite athletes from USA Track and Field, diving, and gymnastics programs. She's also worked with Butler University's dance department and Dance Kaleidoscope. Now she's channeled that expertise into one-on-one care at her practice inside Elemental, a fully-equipped Pilates and fitness facility.

Your first visit won't be just paperwork. Expect an in-depth conversation about your history, then actual treatment that same day. Come dressed to move and bring questions. Every session continues the dialogue: education, hands-on work, and homework you'll understand. Package options are available for ongoing care.

The goal is lasting change, not temporary relief. Carrie examines your whole system—connecting how an old ankle injury might relate to current back pain, or how hypermobility affects stability. You'll leave understanding your body and equipped to maintain progress after discharge.

Ideal for patients who:

  • Want to understand the "why" behind their pain
  • Are motivated to do homework and invest in recovery
  • Have hypermobility conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
  • Are dancers or performers seeking specialized care
  • Have been dismissed as "difficult cases" elsewhere

Great results with:

  • Dancers and performing artists
  • Hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
  • Complex cases unresponsive to traditional PT
  • Patients needing stabilization and core work
  • Sports-related and orthopedic injuries
  • Pilates-integrated rehabilitation

Not a fit:

Patients expecting passive treatment without consistent effort between sessions—this is a partnership, not a quick fix.

What to expect

Your first 60-minute session includes comprehensive history discussion, movement assessment, and hands-on treatment—not just evaluation. Come dressed to move. Carrie emphasizes ongoing education, so expect clear explanations and actionable homework throughout your care.
